Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom control applications
• Troubleshoot BAS programming and provide network support
• Perform shift tours and log readings
• Start-up and shut down major building equipment
• Manage all water treatment duties
• Conduct diesel, fire alarm, and life safety tests
• Perform air balancing and AHU maintenance
• Service and troubleshoot heat pumps
• Align pumps and couplings
• Perform minor repairs to pneumatic equipment
• Manage all aspects of HVAC systems

Requirements

• 4th or 3rd Class Operating Engineer certificate
• 2 years of facilities maintenance and operations experience
• Extensive experience in BAS and HVAC systems
• Strong technical knowledge of heating, cooling, and safety compliance
• Basic HVAC and plumbing skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Ability to bend and lift up to 30kg
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Reliability Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English-French skills
