About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on office electrical installations
- Monitor the maintenance plan for electromechanical and mechanical equipment
- Provide technical service for emergency requests (corrective maintenance)
- Supervise contractors performing scheduled or emergency maintenance inside or outside the building
- Coordinate with suppliers and public services
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Electrician or Building Maintenance worker
- Degree from a Technical School (IEK)
- Driver's license and vehicle ownership
- Focus on quality, productivity, and professionalism
