Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, walls, HVAC filters, and equipment to identify and repair potential issues
• Perform repairs on plumbing, drywall, caulking, doors, and accessories
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to ensure facility safety and functionality
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs using the internal Interal system
• Adhere to company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Coordinate with maintenance team members, contractors, or management for complex tasks
• Perform general cleaning and facility maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Proficiency with manual and power tools
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or plumbing
• Building maintenance certification
• Valid driver's license
