Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of the building, walls, HVAC filters, and building-related equipment
• Execute repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Conduct minor building repairs including carpentry, painting, caulking, and drywall repair
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facility safety
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs using the internal system (Interal)
• Adhere to company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Coordinate with maintenance team members, contractors, or management
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or plumbing
• Building maintenance certification
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with manual and power tools
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail
