Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior building maintenance, including pressure cleaning, painting, and repairing walls and doors
• Maintain electrical components by replacing light bulbs, ballasts, LED fixtures, outlets, switches, and repairing minor electrical issues
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, and various hardware such as doorknobs, locks, and dispensers
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections on bay doors, sprinkler valves, generators, and electrical rooms
• Travel daily to various showrooms within the assigned Fort Myers region to perform maintenance duties

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school training
• 2-5 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and general miscellaneous repairs
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
• Ability to bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English
