Building Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate building maintenance, construction, and facility functionality to ensure optimal presentation and cleanliness.
• Manage the annual preventive maintenance program and conduct periodic facility inspections.
• Utilize SAP for the registration, tracking, and closure of work orders and maintenance requests.
• Oversee minor construction works, including remodeling and expansions, through AutoCAD plan reading and technical quote reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental protocols, including pest control and industrial waste management.
• Monitor external providers to ensure adherence to safety standards and civil works quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 1 year of experience in Maintenance.
• 1 year of experience in Logistics.
• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain.
• Advanced knowledge of Building Maintenance and Administration.
• Advanced skills in Personnel Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP for maintenance management.
• Experience with AutoCAD for reading and modifying architectural plans.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and preventive/corrective maintenance scheduling.
• Experience supervising external vendors and civil works.
