Building Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct technical condition of the building, including all equipment and installations
• Manage the process of receiving, verifying, and resolving technical faults and emergencies
• Supervise periodic inspections and maintain technical documentation (procedures, instructions, and forms)
• Coordinate with external service companies, suppliers, and institutions to maintain building standards
• Ensure the continuous availability of essential utilities such as electricity, water, gas, sewage, and technical gases
• Oversee building modifications and investments, including the optimization of utility consumption
• Monitor and optimize technical and cost-related solutions
• Comply with all occupational health and safety (BHP) and environmental protection regulations

Requirements

• Higher technical degree (preferably in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical-Energy Engineering)
• Professional experience in a similar building maintenance role
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) and fluency in Polish
• Valid Category B driving license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and water/sewage installations

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications (SEP E/D 1, 2, 3)
• Knowledge of technical gas installations and fire protection systems
• Understanding of building law and regulations
