Building Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace malfunctioning equipment and machinery
• Conduct regular inspections of the building and surrounding areas to identify potential hazards
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and building codes
• Repair and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, and pallet jacks
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize operational disruptions

Requirements

• Intermediate English proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining warehouse equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations (OSHA, building codes)
