Building & Grounds Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Operate rolling stock, including forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
• Work in hard-to-reach areas and awkward positions as required
• Adhere to all safety procedures, especially when handling power tools or hazardous materials
• Maintain a safe work environment in a safety-sensitive role

Requirements

• 0-3 months of work experience
• Ability to read, write, and follow work procedures
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and climb for 10 hours per day
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis
