About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and control construction site works following instructions from the Foreman or Construction Engineer
- Supervise and coordinate technical staff, machine operators, and subcontractor teams daily
- Execute works based on studies and technical directions
- Assign duties and determine work schedules and shifts
- Update the Foreman/Engineer on project progress and participate in daily/weekly meetings
- Manage the planning and adherence to the schedule for assigned tasks
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (TEI) or relevant Technical School
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a foreman in building projects
- Experience in concreting, metal structures, layouts, and interior constructions
- Ability to apply static, topographic, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred
- Good knowledge of English is considered an advantage
