Building Foreman

Responsibilities

• Organize and control construction site works following instructions from the Foreman or Construction Engineer
• Supervise and coordinate technical staff, machine operators, and subcontractor teams daily
• Execute works based on studies and technical directions
• Assign duties and determine work schedules and shifts
• Update the Foreman/Engineer on project progress and participate in daily/weekly meetings
• Manage the planning and adherence to the schedule for assigned tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (TEI) or relevant Technical School
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a foreman in building projects
• Experience in concreting, metal structures, layouts, and interior constructions
• Ability to apply static, topographic, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in English is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is considered an advantage
