Building Envelope Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert for building envelopes (clos couvert) to support project teams from early phases to handover.
• Contribute to the technical, regulatory, economic, and functional quality of tertiary and industrial projects.
• Prepare technical and financial responses for public and private tenders.
• Review and control technical documents produced internally or by partners.
• Analyze and control written and graphic documents from design teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and system coherence (structure, facades, waterproofing, roofing, etc.).
• Draft CCTP documents, produce or validate plans, and establish DQE for building envelope lots.
• Support site managers in technical synthesis and execution missions.
• Monitor technical and regulatory updates (DTU, professional rules, standards).
• Source, consult, and select suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Engineer degree specializing in building, civil engineering, or building envelope.
• At least 6 years of experience in design and/or implementation of building envelope lots.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical analysis/costing tools (measurements, DQE, estimations).
• Strong synthesis skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential, tertiary, and/or public works projects.
