Building & Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance assistants and act as a hands-on multitasker
• Perform repairs and general maintenance to keep the hotel in perfect condition
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and health and safety compliance
• Ensure the smooth operation of the property maintenance department
