Building Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Respond to client requests and prioritize work orders to ensure minimal downtime
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of building systems and client properties
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding maintenance status and follow-ups

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in building/property maintenance or engineering
• CFC Certification (or the ability to obtain it)
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building mechanical equipment
• Valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Flexibility to be on-call for after-hours and weekend emergency requests
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
