Building Construction Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise civil works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality
• Prepare technical reports and daily construction logs
• Perform measurements and material control
• Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary projects
• Support the preparation of budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards

Requirements

• Completed Technical Course in Building Construction (Edificações)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil works (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Mandatory Driver's License (CNH) Category B
• Availability for 100% onsite work in Camaçari/Bahia
• Good communication, proactivity, and organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English level for reading and writing
