Building Conservationist

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cultural heritage projects from inception to completion
• Act as a project manager, leading both yourself and colleagues within project organizations
• Conduct cultural heritage investigations, impact assessments (MKB), and heritage programs
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across various technical areas
• Contribute to method development and continuous improvement of heritage conservation processes
• Provide high-quality deliverables that support sustainable urban development and preservation

Requirements

• Degree in building conservation or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in cultural heritage
• Proven experience in project management and leading teams
• Deep understanding of municipal planning processes
• Strong written communication skills and a business-oriented approach
• Ability to maintain professional integrity while meeting client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• KUL-certification
• Proficiency in GIS and Adobe software
• Valid B-driver's license
• Knowledge of Trafikverket's working methods
