Building Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist tenants, guests, and service providers at the reception area
• Ensure lobbies, hallways, and shared spaces are clean and well-maintained
• Record and track tenant maintenance requests and coordinate with the Maintenance Department
• Provide regular updates to tenants on request progress and escalate unresolved concerns
• Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and general leasing support
• Maintain accurate logs of service requests, visitors, and building notices
• Help prepare and distribute tenant communications and building announcements
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance needs, and other building issues
• Support building safety drills and emergency response procedures

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or building operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of building services and maintenance workflows
• Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities coordination or maintenance-related roles
• Proficiency in Arabic or other additional languages

Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 2500 (all-inclusive)
