Bespoke Pixel is a small, independent, and fully funded studio focused on creating a masterpiece using a well-known IP. Based in Barcelona, the studio is led by founders with extensive experience in shipping world-class entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Take total ownership of the build pipeline in Unreal Engine 5 to ensure fast and reliable builds
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows
• Manage external pipelines for secure collaboration with co-dev partners
• Serve as the gatekeeper of the project repository, managing source and version control structures
• Manage machine deployments, local PC setups, and hardware configurations
• Diagnose and resolve build and integration failures across the software stack
• Collaborate with technical leadership, QA, and content teams to support data workflows

Requirements

• Proven track record in Build Management, DevOps, or IT Infrastructure engineering
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity
• Expertise in source control management like Perforce/Helix Core or Git
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Strong organizational skills regarding complex data management and hardware environments
• Excellent communication skills to articulate workflow improvements
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona 5 days a week
