About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture flight vehicles, test articles, and ground support equipment
- Perform fluid component testing and pressure testing
- Execute metal fabrication and electrical installation
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and hydraulic diagnostics
- Handle lifting, rigging, welding, and machine operation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace, military, or automotive testing/fabrication
- Professional experience in debugging and basic electrical tests
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
- Availability for non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Proven track record of safe work habits and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using work orders, inventory requests, schematics, and drawings
- Experience with data acquisition software
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as NX, Creo, or Solidworks
