Buggy Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests across the property using designated buggies
• Assist guests with luggage, seating, and special mobility needs
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the buggy at all times
• Follow all driving, safety, and operational protocols
• Coordinate with front-of-house and guest services teams during busy periods
• Provide warm, professional, and courteous service throughout each interaction

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good knowledge of property navigation and guest-handling etiquette
