Budget/Acquisition/Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition program management, procurement timelines, and milestone tracking
• Develop acquisition documentation including SOWs, SOOs, and PWSs
• Conduct market research and prepare Determination of Findings and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)
• Assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and lifecycle cost estimates
• Manage, track, and report project funding, budgets, obligations, and expenditures
• Maintain accurate project cost tracking within SAP Business Warehouse, FITT, or IBM TRIRIGA
• Provide monthly budget and financial reporting to Government stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget analysis, acquisition support, or federal program support
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and procurement processes
• Experience with cost estimation and budget tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal financial/data management systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
