Budget/Acquisition/Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition program management, procurement timelines, and milestone tracking
• Develop acquisition documentation including SOWs, SOOs, and PWSs
• Conduct market research and evaluate vendor capabilities and pricing
• Assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and lifecycle cost estimates
• Manage and report project funding, budgets, obligations, and expenditures
• Track financial actions within SAP Business Warehouse or similar systems
• Maintain accurate project cost tracking and provide monthly financial reporting
• Support data tracking and quality control within government management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budget analysis, acquisition support, or federal program support
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and procurement processes
• Experience with cost estimation and budget tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal financial management systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
