About the role
Responsibilities
- Support acquisition program management, procurement timelines, and milestone tracking
- Develop acquisition documentation including SOWs, SOOs, and PWSs
- Conduct market research and evaluate vendor capabilities and pricing
- Assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and lifecycle cost estimates
- Manage and report project funding, budgets, obligations, and expenditures
- Track financial actions within SAP Business Warehouse or similar systems
- Maintain accurate project cost tracking and provide monthly financial reporting
- Support data tracking and quality control within government management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in budget analysis, acquisition support, or federal program support
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and procurement processes
- Experience with cost estimation and budget tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal financial management systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
