About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete planning, control, and risk analysis process for assigned high-voltage line projects
- Validate budgets, update project schedules, monitor real progress, and propose corrective actions
- Analyze project performance regarding time and cost, reporting directly to Department Heads and Project Directors
- Utilize tools such as 4P, Synchro, and MS Project to ensure consistency in tasks, sequences, and critical path analysis
- Prepare project portfolio schedules, assign roles, and resolve incidents within the project management system
- Design and manage KPIs for real-time project control, applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
- Generate risk portfolio reports, contingency recommendations, and ad-hoc execution reports
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Electronic, Mechanical, or similar)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, both nationally and internationally
- Specialist-level knowledge of PMI project management methodology
- Proficiency in planning tools including 4P, MS Project, and Synchro
- Proficiency in risk management tools such as Risky Project
- Strong knowledge of contract management and models (EPC, EPCM, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Power BI and MS Excel
- High level of English proficiency
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
