Budget and Project Program Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete planning, control, and risk analysis process for assigned high-voltage line projects
• Validate budgets, update project schedules, monitor real progress, and propose corrective actions
• Analyze project performance regarding time and cost, reporting directly to Department Heads and Project Directors
• Utilize tools such as 4P, Synchro, and MS Project to ensure consistency in tasks, sequences, and critical path analysis
• Prepare project portfolio schedules, assign roles, and resolve incidents within the project management system
• Design and manage KPIs for real-time project control, applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
• Generate risk portfolio reports, contingency recommendations, and ad-hoc execution reports

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Electronic, Mechanical, or similar)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, both nationally and internationally
• Specialist-level knowledge of PMI project management methodology
• Proficiency in planning tools including 4P, MS Project, and Synchro
• Proficiency in risk management tools such as Risky Project
• Strong knowledge of contract management and models (EPC, EPCM, etc.)
• Advanced skills in Power BI and MS Excel
• High level of English proficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
