Budget Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from financial reporting systems to support project decision-making
• Track funding through the entire project lifecycle and reconcile all available balances
• Support financial management project governance by ensuring internal controls are met
• Provide comprehensive support for financial audits as required
• Perform detailed financial analyses for various capital projects

Requirements

• Active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving as a budget analyst for construction-related work
• Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to process large quantities of information
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial analysis programs, and database functions
• Strong ability to solve complex mathematical problems and articulate complex ideas clearly
