About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting Army Cyber and Information Operations programs.
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards using cPROBE, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Analyze budget execution, funding requirements, and resource allocation data.
  • Support PPBE activities, including POM development, MDEP analysis, and UFR submissions.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and decision-support materials for Army and DoD leadership.
  • Coordinate with Army organizations, Combatant Commands, and resource management stakeholders.
  • Track funding execution and support Congressional, OSD, and Army reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, specifically with HQDA, Pentagon, or Army Staff.
  • Working knowledge of the DoD PPBE process and Army financial systems (cPROBE, SNaP-IT, ETMS2).
  • Experience supporting Army Cyber, Information Operations, or Electronic Warfare programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and Tableau.
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Active US Passport with the ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15 years of relevant experience within HQDA, the Pentagon, or Army Staff.
