BU Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement flow-management strategies and regional roadmaps across the entire supply chain
• Lead the design and optimization of logistics information flows between internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and synchronize all regional supply chain activities and identify synergies between business groups
• Manage the supply chain budget and monitor operational performance through technical dashboards and KPIs
• Support change-management initiatives and lead internal and external meetings
• Supervise and develop team members, assessing performance and supporting skill growth
• Develop and manage client services to ensure satisfaction and strengthen supplier partnerships

Requirements

• Master's degree in logistics, transport, supply chain, or industrial systems engineering
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain management
• Proficiency in logistics software and information systems, including ERP, SAP, and CRM
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing (APICS or Lean certifications)
• Strong managerial skills with experience in both hierarchical and cross-functional leadership
• Fluency in English and proficiency in other foreign languages
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and leadership skills
