BU Asia Reporting and IC Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage BU performance management and reporting processes, including Budget, Rolling Forecast, and Strategic Planning across Asia.
• Develop and standardize business performance KPIs and reporting frameworks across all Operating Companies.
• Drive automation and digitalization of reporting, planning, and finance processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate regional risk management and internal control programs, ensuring compliance with Nutreco policies.
• Lead regional process improvement initiatives, including streamlining costing and variance management.
• Lead and develop the regional finance reporting and internal control team through coaching and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field.
• Strong experience in FP&A, financial reporting, internal control, or finance transformation.
• Experience working in a regional or multi-country environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing finance, including costing, profitability, and CAPEX management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics platforms such as SAP, Power BI, or OneStream.
• Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, or CFA.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and advanced financial modeling.
