BSN Completion Program Director, Nursing Instructor/Asst Prof

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the BSN Completion program
• Coordinate program activities, supervise adjunct faculty, and promote student success
• Collaborate on curriculum development, assessment, and other academic matters
• Teach selected nursing courses and participate in scholarly activities
• Serve on University and College governance committees
• Facilitate program marketing and manage data collection and reporting
• Uphold the mission and philosophy of the Leach College of Nursing

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing
• Current RN license in Illinois (or eligibility for Illinois licensure)
• Two years of experience in clinical nursing practice
• Teaching experience in baccalaureate nursing programs
• Willingness to uphold the Catholic and Franciscan values of the University

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate (DNP or Ph.D.) in nursing or a related field
• Previous experience in nursing leadership
