BSM Sub System Technical Leader/Design Release Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete development cycle of BSM (Brake System Module) hardware, including mounting supports and protective covers
• Conduct Technical Reviews and manage technical specifications and requirements
• Support manufacturing processes and the introduction of components into production lines
• Coordinate technical investigations, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and corrective actions
• Manage supplier relationships for technical alignment and hardware definitions
• Act as a multidisciplinary interface between electrical, software, validation, manufacturing, and functional safety (ISO 26262) teams
• Perform risk management and monitor development schedules

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields
• Advanced English for technical negotiations and reading international standards
• Proficiency with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)
• Experience with automotive diagnostic tools
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
