About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build a high-performing Business Analyst (BA) practice focused on ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
  • Define BA standards, intake processes, capacity planning, and governance models.
  • Develop talent strategies including hiring, onboarding, and skill frameworks.
  • Establish consistent documentation artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
  • Ensure all solution designs embed audit and control requirements to support regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate findings into implementable requirements.
  • Drive process standardization and simplification across different regions and platforms.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for business analysis across product owners, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ServiceNow delivery, or IT operations transformation.
  • Deep domain expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
  • Proven experience working within highly regulated audit and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building or scaling a Business Analyst practice.
  • Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence senior executives.
  • Exceptional structured thinking with a focus on requirement rigor and traceability.
