Responsibilities

• Establish Orchard's presence in the Seattle market
• Recruit and develop a team of high-performing real estate agents
• Build and lead the local brokerage culture
• Coach agents and drive results without a company-supplied lead pipeline
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting production targets

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Washington real estate license
• Located in the greater Seattle, WA area
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed agent
• Managing broker license preferred
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months
• Proven track record of recruiting and building teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
