Brokerage Services Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer/client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with trading account registration, onboarding, and verification
• Provide consultation on trading platform tools, features, and technical issues
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex cases as necessary
• Record, file, and organize customer feedback and suggestions
• Contribute to the development of customer service processes and knowledge bases

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Economics, or Finance-related fields
• Experience in call centers, technical support, or stockbroking preferred
• Familiarity with online trading platforms and financial markets is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and Malay is required; Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous
• Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
