Brokerage Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Act as a primary subject matter expert for escalated operational issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Conduct thorough reviews of transaction documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal requirements.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, title companies, lenders, and external partners to facilitate smooth transaction progression.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve brokerage efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brokerage operations and contribute to reporting efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate brokerage operations or transaction coordination.
• Active real estate broker license with current BIC status (multiple state licenses strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of real estate contracts, disclosures, and state/national Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and transaction management platforms (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope).
• Expertise in electronic forms platforms (ZipForms, TransactionDesk) and e-signature software (DocuSign, HelloSign).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
