About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate day-to-day brokerage operations and support the improvement of operational procedures
  • Prepare documents and cover letters to market renewal business and provide administrative support for filing and archiving
  • Administer and update client information accurately across all required systems
  • Maintain organized records of client accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations
  • Provide customer service by responding to broker requests via telephone, email, chat, or in person
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and collaborate with finance teams on business requirements
  • Help identify and mitigate operational risks in collaboration with risk management teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred)
  • State P&C license
  • Surplus line license
  • Ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks and administrative support
