About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisory teams and clients by providing account information, quotes, and resolving account issues
- Enter approved security tickets and perform various administrative tasks
- Identify and implement process improvements for the Remote Client Associate Support Team (RCAST)
- Handle telephone inquiries, research reports, and maintain files to meet regulatory requirements
- Create and produce reports and databases to support sales efforts
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure high-quality service
Requirements
- 1+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate FINRA licenses for ongoing employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in brokerage client support or financial services administrative support
- Direct experience interacting with customers in a professional setting
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment
- Client service focus with the ability to recommend solutions based on customer needs
