Broker Relationship & BD Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the mid-market segment in Singapore.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with mid-market customers and intermediaries.
• Lead new business development initiatives by identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Support client retention and expansion efforts to ensure a sustainable growth pipeline.
• Provide market intelligence regarding industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Represent Zurich at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular data-driven updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record in business development or sales within the Commercial Insurance sector.
• Significant expertise in the mid-market commercial insurance segment.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's insurance products and distribution channels.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strategic, growth-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Superior communication skills and the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.
