Broker Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for all sell-side and research partners within the APAC region.
• Manage day-to-day communication and relationship building with sell-side coverage teams, including sales, corporate access, and analysts.
• Oversee broker votes, resource management, and commission reporting.
• Deliver actionable feedback to sell-side partners through regular, cadenced broker reviews.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers to ensure their corporate access and research needs are met.
• Analyze the competitive pricing landscape to ensure optimal ROI for investment professionals.
• Prepare analytical external documents and manage research and commission budgets.
• Research industry best practices and participate in networking and roundtables to drive firmwide improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on the buyside or sellside.
• Deep understanding of buy/sell side relationships and dynamics.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings with senior personnel.
• Advanced Excel skills for data-driven reporting and analysis.
• Solid understanding of corporate access and research vendor management.
