Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial meetings and visits with insurance companies to maintain portfolios and identify new business opportunities
• Engage with reinsurers to determine risk appetite, capacity, business lines, and new product development
• Participate in commercial strategy meetings with internal teams, clients, and third parties
• Develop new reinsurance markets and commercialize new products for various business lines
• Manage the quotation process for new accounts and existing renewals
• Negotiate terms and conditions for reinsurance slips in accordance with client and insurer needs
• Handle endorsements, additions, deletions, and technical inquiries
• Structure reinsurance programs, including complex layer or proportional placements
• Analyze and compare conditions from various reinsurers to unify documentation for final negotiation

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance market
• Advanced English proficiency (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the Natural Resources sector
