Broker

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance
• Sell personal lines and commercial lines through prospecting and canvassing for new business
• Manage client relationships and provide professional insurance advice

Requirements

• Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
• 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face environment
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management
• Valid code B driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (if previously a FAIS representative)
• RE5 certificate (if previously a FAIS representative)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
