About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance
- Sell personal lines and commercial lines through prospecting and canvassing for new business
- Manage client relationships and open new business opportunities
Requirements
- Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
- 3 years of external face-to-face sales experience
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management
- Valid code B driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (if previously a FAIS representative)
- RE5 (if previously a FAIS representative)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
