Broker Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Brokers and Advisors to help them deliver superior service to their clients.
• Build and grow profitable relationships with a panel of intermediaries to drive sales and promote Zurich products.
• Identify and deliver technical expertise to the broker network to support their business efficiency and expansion.
• Understand the needs of brokers and their clients to provide appropriate life, investment, and pension solutions.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in the intermediary marketplace.
• Manage personal priorities and resources to achieve both qualitative and quantitative business targets.

Requirements

• Minimum QFA qualification with a commitment to attaining further technical insurance qualifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of life, investment, and pension products.
• Deep understanding of the intermediary marketplace, competitor landscape, and business models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
