Broker Concierge

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between brokers, Account Executives, and Underwriters to provide high-touch, "white glove" service
• Manage condition submissions to Underwriters and sign off on designated conditions within delegated authority
• Oversee communication and coordination throughout the entire loan manufacturing process from submission to closing
• Drive loan files to close quickly and accurately while monitoring file flow to address bottlenecks
• Maintain detailed and accurate records within the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience
• Thorough understanding of GSE (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), FHA, and VA guidelines
• Strong knowledge of TRID regulations and closing practices
• Proficiency with loan origination platforms and related systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Junior Underwriting experience
