Broker Concierge

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between brokers, Account Executives, and Underwriters to provide white-glove service
• Manage condition submissions to Underwriters and sign off on designated conditions within delegated authority
• Oversee the entire loan manufacturing process from submission through closing to ensure accuracy and urgency
• Monitor file flow to identify and resolve bottlenecks or missing documentation
• Maintain detailed and accurate records within the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience
• Thorough understanding of GSE (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), FHA, and VA guidelines
• Strong knowledge of TRID regulations and closing practices
• Proficiency with loan origination platforms and related systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Junior Underwriting experience
