Broker - Casualty Facultative

Responsibilities

• Analyze submission data and negotiate casualty reinsurance placements across key lines including Auto Liability, General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Excess Liability
• Engage with client underwriters to understand risk transfer goals and develop alternative solutions to meet client needs
• Build and maintain a robust network of underwriters and underwriting managers across multiple organizations
• Drive new business opportunities by expanding existing client relationships and developing new ones
• Develop and grow relationships within the reinsurance carrier community to build a diversified portfolio
• Collaborate with internal Analytics, IT, and Operations teams to drive innovation and transactional excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance sales experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of casualty (re)insurance experience
• Demonstrated track record of sales achievement and production drive
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills regarding complex risk transfer structures
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills within client and carrier communities
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines
