Broadcasting Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the Broadcast Compliance Screening program by monitoring live NFL broadcasts and licensed programming to ensure partner compliance with advertising and sponsorship rules
• Onboard and schedule screeners, audit screening logs, and prepare weekly reports
• Support the Senior Broadcasting Associate in managing ad policy and approval processes
• Assist the Broadcasting Manager in coordinating institutional promo inventory and integrating League initiatives into broadcasts
• Generate and compile broadcast clips into reports highlighting compliance issues and noteworthy elements
• Provide support for internal and external meetings and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in the sports media industry
• Deep knowledge of the media rights landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work weekends and extra hours around NFL games and live events
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and external vendors
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines in a live-event environment
