Broadcast Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and end-to-end activation of the Crewing and Arrangements team for live and non-live programming
• Manage and oversee crewing services for all AO Media events and projects, including support to the Coverage & Content team
• Lead yearly planning exercises and define team goals and initiatives
• Develop and implement a crew servicing strategy to attract and retain world-class talent
• Oversee the maintenance of the Tennis Australia crew database platform (iCrew)
• Manage booking processes, contract development, and payroll reporting
• Oversee event budgets, spends, and industry benchmarking
• Ensure rosters are updated and communicated effectively in line with match schedules and production changes

Requirements

• Experience in broadcast, production, or event management within live productions or large-scale events
• Expertise in contracting, invoicing, and managing large volumes of communications
• Proven ability to manage large numbers of tournament staff, crew, and contractors
• Strong knowledge of the domestic and international broadcast and production industry
• Ability to maintain flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements related to event schedules
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
