Broadcast Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and cleaning of broadcast gear
• Coordinate Dream Team onboarding, training schedules, and ongoing development
• Act as the point of contact for content checks, delivery, and distribution
• Create checklists and procedural documents for all broadcast venues
• Perform production editing and archiving of recorded services and events
• Operate production positions including lighting and live video directing during services and special events
• Assist with production equipment maintenance and installation at various campuses
• Participate in church-wide events and lead or co-lead a small group

Requirements

• Two years of experience in video production or a broadcast environment
• Basic understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems and equipment
• Intermediate proficiency with Mac and PC
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong relational and team-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ProPresenter
• Experience with video routers and video switchers
• Experience with projector control interfaces
