About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize operational activities at the client site
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Lead and guide a team in their daily operations
- Ensure professional, efficient, and customer-oriented service delivery
- Work both independently and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership role
- Essential experience in people management
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift system (day and night shifts)
- Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
- Ability to manage different personalities and motivate a team
- Experience in the security sector is a plus
