About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize equipment and the work environment
- Harvest and pitch yeast
- Transfer beer for maturation
- Clarify beer through centrifugation or filtration
- Pasteurize and condition beer for packaging
- Prepare wort according to established recipes
- Collect necessary samples for quality control
- Participate in training new operators and solving brewery issues
Requirements
- Academic training in brewing or experience in the brewing/food processing industry
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift loads of approximately 25kg
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in microbiology, chemistry, or food science
