About the role

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize equipment and the work environment
  • Harvest and pitch yeast
  • Transfer beer for maturation
  • Clarify beer through centrifugation or filtration
  • Pasteurize and condition beer for packaging
  • Prepare wort according to established recipes
  • Collect necessary samples for quality control
  • Participate in training new operators and solving brewery issues

Requirements

  • Academic training in brewing or experience in the brewing/food processing industry
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift loads of approximately 25kg
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in microbiology, chemistry, or food science
