About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage brewing operations in SAP, including job processing for fermentation, maturation, filtration, and flavor departments.
- Oversee raw material inventory through daily, weekly, and monthly physical counts and variance analysis.
- Track deliveries in SAP, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with the Inbound team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and performance through root cause analysis.
- Contribute to cost management and financial performance by identifying optimization levers.
- Monitor supplier technical performance and raw material losses.
- Collaborate with brewing, packaging, and logistics teams to deploy long-term strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
- 1-2 years of experience using SAP (ERP).
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to evaluate financial data.
- Experience with continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing unionized personnel.
- Proven ability to influence and work effectively within a team.
